Lent Gathering Rhythms

For many of us, we are still, in many ways coming out of a season of pandemic, loss, and trauma. We don’t have to search far to find those heavy truths of Lent, that things are not as they should. So, in this season we will be grounding ourselves in a rhythm of gentle practice of self-care, the prayer of Examen. We will be exploring this practice as just that, an act of self-care, a way we carry ourselves through a day or a week and become more aware of the movement of the Divine in our day-to-day; a practice that invites us into the life giving truth of confessing what is true about the world, about God, and about ourselves.
