The Power of Ritual

Picture
The handouts below will all focus on different rituals- each one designed to tap into the practices in your life and to help you connect with yourself, with those around you, with nature, and with the Divine. Just click on the image below that corresponds to the handout you want!
Community and connectedness have looked a little different this year for so many, but it is still important to the health of our souls, our emotions, our bodies, and our humanity.  Many of us feel that deep disconnect- disconnect from ourselves, from others, from nature, and from the divine.  One of the ways we are seeking to revitalize this vibrant, life-giving connection is through empowering our community to live into the holy rhythms of sacred ritual.

Ritual can carry a lot of weight. But this isn't about adding more onto your plate, but rather about giving you the tools you need to take note and engage with the sacred that is already apart of your life- on your walks, on drives to soccer practice, during storytime with the the littles, and so much more.

Our summer take homes and activities  center around the book The Power of Ritual: Turning Every Day Activities into Soulful Practice by Casper ter Kuile. You can participate without having read the book, but if you want to dig deeper click the title oft he book to see where you can purchase it!
