Sabbath Sunday
On the first Sunday of the month, we take a pause.
Rather than gathering in person, we make space to
breathe,
play,
laugh,
think,
wonder,
find quiet,
find rest,
connect our souls to the humanity around us.
This week as a part of our Lenten series, we have provided a take home story and devotional you can find a quiet moment and do on your own or as you gather together at the table as a household. Just click on the link below:

Instructions: Place the labyrinth at the link above in the middle of a table or flat surface. Near the paper, have a small dish of water (if you'd like). Place your finger at the entrance of the labyrinth. You can begin with the breath prayer we use in worship, and then move your finger through the labyrinth. When you reach the center, dip your thumb in the water. Then make the sign of the cross in the middle of the labyrinth. Say the refrain: From dust you came and to dust you will return. As you trace your way back out of the labyrinth, continue with your breath prayer, and notice what comes to mind as you breathe in and out.
