Action, Invitation & Feelings PDF
This is meant to be a space of listening and challenge and we want you to have the space to process all of those things. Below you'll find a printable sheet to use while listening to the recording from Dr. Rev. Allen Buck to listen closely to those places stirring in your soul. Where you are feeling challenged, where you are feeling invitation, and where are you just feeling a lot!

The Circle of Life and the Clambake:
A Legend of the Wampanoag People

We are committed on listening Sunday to centering voices and stories from the BIPOC community, but we also know that sometimes for our younger friends the material may be a little too big, or long, or hard to follow. This Sunday, we are listening to an almost 20-minute portion of a lecture that we are excited to share with our community, but if you think your kiddos would rather engage with a Wampanoag Legend. You can print off the story ahead of time for your kids to read, or read to each other if you have some pre-reading age kids.

You will also find a PDF for guided questions and activities to help your kids engage with the story! The first page of the PDF is just a blank page for your kids to listen and draw the story that they here! The second page in the PDF encourages your kids to engage with the theme of the legend, and to get curious about what it means to both be taken care of by world and to take care of the world around them.
